Jennifer Maurer began as Supervisor of Humanities Preschool-Sixth Grade, which includes English Language Arts and Social Studies, in August 2024. Prior to this role, she taught here in Roxbury Public Schools at Franklin Elementary School (2011-2024), teaching kindergarten and third grade. She was also the Title 1 Summer School Coordinator (2017-2024) and Early Act Club Advisor (2014-2024). Before teaching in Roxbury, she also taught in Pennsylvania (2009-2011) in kindergarten and first grade.

Jennifer graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Elementary Education in 2009. She earned a Master's Degree in Instructional Leadership from Centenary University in 2016 and completed the Principal Internship program at NJExcel in 2024.
