The mission of the RHS School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive, developmental counseling program addressing the academic, career, and personal/social development of all students. School counseling is an essential part of the educational process. Our counselors work collaboratively with students, teachers, parents, administrators, and the community to assist students as they navigate their unique academic, personal, social, and career paths in order to become positive and productive members of society.
The RHS School Counseling Department sponsors a number of events throughout the year, including workshops on academic advisement, course selection, how to utilize MajorClarity, transition planning, college/future planning, financial aid, and other relevant programs.
We have created a warm and welcoming space for our students to spend time. We encourage all students to visit and get to know their counselor!
