Work Experience: Prior to joining the EMS family, I worked in the substance abuse field and was an adolescent substance abuse counselor at Daytop in Parsippany, where I conducted individual, group, and family counseling to help assist adolescents in regaining control of their lives.  

Philosophy: I believe that the social emotional growth of our students is of the most importance here at EMS.  It is an important time in our students' development and it is important that they feel supported on all aspects, not just academics.    No issue is too big or too small for us to help with.  We want to foster an open door policy with them so if they are having a down day, they know there is someone here to listen.  

Who Am I:  When not at work, you will find me spending time with my husband and two children and engaging in many outdoor activities.  You will most likely find me at a baseball or softball game, or at the gym.  I am an avid traveler and look forward to seeing the world.  I also have a true love for country music!!!
