Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying
Policy The Commissioner of Education is required by statute to develop a program to grade each public school and school district's efforts to implement the
Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act (ABR) (N.J.S.A. 18A:17-46). Each of our seven schools conducts a
School Self-Assessment for Determining Grades under the ABR annually. Copies of these assessments will be available beginning July of each year after being presented to the Board of Education.
If you have any questions related to this process, please contact the Anti- Bullying Specialist in your school or Mrs. Monica Mann, the district Anti-Bullying Coordinator.
To report an alleged HIB incident,

If, after doing so, you are uncertain that the events you are reporting meet the criteria, please reach out to your school principal to share your concern about a potential code of conduct infraction.
