Parents/Guardians can begin uploading the following required documents for admission into Genesis prior to an appointment.

• Original Birth Certificate
• Parent/Guardian Valid Photo ID
• Medical
• Proof of Residency
• Legal Custody
• Passport/Immigration

If an in-person appointment is needed or preferred, please bring all the required documents to your scheduled appointment along with the pre-registration confirmation sheet. Please refer to Eligibility of Resident/Non-Resident Pupils (Policy & Regulation 5111) for additional information.
