Implementation of a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS)- Foster an environment that enables all students to receive a robust, comprehensive and individualized plan for learning.

Portrait of a Graduate- To revise the Portrait of a Graduate, and focus our efforts on modifying it to be more reflective of recent staff, student and parent feedback.

Sustainability- To implement innovative programs to support students’ sustainability.

Health & Wellness- To continue to cultivate a learning environment that promotes the emotional and physical well-being of all students.

Parent Education & Engagement- To provide meaningful learning opportunities for parents & guardians that assist them in supporting the academic, social, emotional needs of students.

Board Goals for 2021/2022
Board approved Sept 20, 2021
- Training- To continue to train together as a Board at the level needed to maintain Board Certification.
- Policy and Governance Committee can assist with coordination of Board Training.
- Training topics suggested:
- Board’s role in Student Achievement
- Increase Board’s understanding of district hiring/retention practices
- Board Communications/Community Engagement- Enhance intra-Board communications and Board engagement with the community.
- Expand Board presence at school and community events and continue to identify opportunities to involve and engage the community.
- Intra-BOE communication- Increase the knowledge of all members on the work of committees through the posting of agendas and timely minutes/reporting.
- Fiscal- Exercise financial oversight of district operations.
- Explore alternative revenue sources.
- Explore alternative revenue sources.
- Governance- To continue the review and update of policies and practices to meet regulatory/statutory requirements and the needs/expectations of our school community.
- Training- To continue to train together as a Board at the level needed to maintain Board Certification.
