Our school system is committed to protecting the health of our students and staff. To protect our community and be in compliance with the Department of Education regulations, Agra Environmental & Laboratory Services tested our schools’ drinking water for lead.
Through this effort, Agra identified and tested drinking water and food preparation outlets in each of our school buildings. Of the multiple samples taken at every building, all but 7 as of June 2017 tested below the lead action level of 15 parts per billion established by the US Environmental Protection Agency.
The results of Agra's testing are provided below, as well as accounts of the immediate remedial measures implemented by our Buildings and Grounds department for any water outlet with a result greater than the action level of 15 parts per billion.
