He earned his BS in Marine Science and BA in Secondary Education from Stockton University in 2012. He earned his MA in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2020. He is currently pursuing his Ed.D in Curriculum & Instruction: Instructional Design & Technology from Liberty University. 

 

Prior to his arrival to Roxbury, Mr. Mawn taught science in Edison Township Public Schools for ten years, where he also coached teams who competed in The National Science Bee. He is a member of the New Jersey Science Education Leadership Association, International Technology and Engineering Educators Association, Civil Air Patrol, AOPA, The New Jersey Affiliate of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and an Aerospace Education Member.
